II    Alternating hot and cold foot bath based on Kneipp
so that at the start of your journey into the bathing worlds of the larch we enliven circulation and encourage blood flow. 

III    A cup of herbal tea
with larch tips has a de-acidifying, detoxifying and dehydrating effect. 

IV     Balen -
a shower with our Alpenlarch shower cream

V       The Vitalis bath proper in micro-molecular steam & heat
precisely attuned to your needs. Spend 15 to 20 minutes in the steaming bath, encased in the larch pack, wrapped in a natural linen cloth soaked in larch extract. Thus you will bathe in pleasant purity.

VI      Rest time
give your body time to react to the stimuli of the larch in the Vitalis bath, wrapped in a linen sheet and a woollen blanket on a reclining chair.

VII     Communication & completion
a pleasant breath leg massage with larch massage oil will rid you of any remaining tension.
