Useful information

  • Arrival and departure
    Your room is at your disposal from 3 pm on the day of arrival. On departure day we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11 am.
  • Reservation enquiries
    The contract is based only on the information, description and terms in our rate list applicable on date of booking. When making a reservation by phone or in writing (fax or e-mail), your commitment is binding. We consider the contract the contract finalized when we confirm the reservation in writing and receive your confirmation there of within 7 days.
  • Dogs allowed on request: € 10,00 per day without food

  • Internet @ W-Lan
    You may surf the web anywhere in the hotel using our wireless network. In addition the hotel reception area has a web terminal which is free of charge.
  • Parking
    Parking is allowed anywhere in the grounds without charge

  • Smoking
    is allowed in our lounge bar. All other parts of our hotel are nonsmoking zones. Thank you for your understanding
  • Cancellations
    - Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival.
    - Any cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival will be subject to a cancellatiuon fee amounting to 50 % of the toal room rate.
    - In the event of premature departure or late arrival we will charge the room rate for up to 3 days. 
    - Our recommendation: Togehter with our insurance partner - Europäischen Reiseversicherung - we can offer you travel cancellation insurance at a premium rate with premium benefits.   • Form of payment
    You are welcome to pay your bill in cash, by EC card with code, or by bank transfer.

  • Speciall requested room type
    We are happy to reserve the room type you specialfically requested if possible. However, we are unable to confirm a particular room number.
