Gather strength and transquillity, moving gently through the countryside. With 80 kilometres of cleared hiking paths in this region, it's easy to find a pleasant alternative to high-speed skiing or snowboarding. And there are plenty of inviting lodges and inns along the way to that out and stay a while.

From the Lehnberghaus to Arzkasten. The dairyman Hans Auer offers a drive-up in his jeep to the Lehnberghaus as well as a sleigh hire.

A particular attraction is the FIRST NATURAL BOBSLEIGH RUN in Austria, running from the Holzleiten district to Nassereith. The Obsteig-Nassereith bobsleigh club holds guest bobsleigh runs all winter, allowing you to experience this fascinating sport first hand and with expert instructors.
