For existing bookings: If you have already booked and have questions regarding your stay, please email us at hotel@holzleiten.at. We are also happy to arrange a personal call-back at your convenience.
- The booking agreement is based on the information, descriptions, and conditions outlined in our current price list at the time of your reservation.
- By making a reservation via telephone or email, you are providing a binding offer to enter into a contract. This agreement becomes final and binding once we provide written confirmation of your booking and you reconfirm this in writing within 7 days.
No, a deposit is not required at the time of booking. However, for last-minute reservations, we may ask for your credit card details simply to serve as a guarantee for your stay.
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation conditions are as follows:
- Up to 21 days before arrival: Cancellation is free of charge.
- 21 to 7 days before arrival: A fee of 50% of the total package price applies.
- Within 7 days of arrival: A fee of 70% of the total package price applies.
- Late arrival, early departure, or no-show: 100% of the total booked stay will be charged.
Our recommendation: To protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances, we recommend taking out travel insurance. Through our partner, Europäische Reiseversicherung, you can secure comprehensive coverage for approximately 5% of your package price. Our reception team will be happy to assist you with the details.
We are always happy to note your preferences and will do our very best to accommodate your room request. While we cannot guarantee a specific room number in advance, we will ensure your stay is as comfortable and tailored to your wishes as possible.
To ensure your preferred times and therapists are available, we recommend reserving your spa treatments in advance. You can easily book by emailing hotel@holzleiten.at or calling us at +43-5264-8244. Of course, you are also welcome to schedule appointments spontaneously upon your arrival, subject to availability.
At Hotel Holzleiten, you can easily purchase personalized gift vouchers through our online shop. Whether for a wellness treatment, a fine dining experience, or a complete stay, our vouchers are the perfect way to share the Holzleiten spirit with your loved ones.
You are welcome to settle your bill in cash, by debit card (with PIN), or via major credit cards. We also accept bank transfers in advance. While a deposit is not typically required at the time of booking, we kindly ask for credit card details as a guarantee for last-minute reservations.
We truly value our returning guests and are pleased to offer the following loyalty discounts based on the number of your stays:
- 5% discount starting from your 5th stay
- 10% discount starting from your 10th stay
- 15% discount starting from your 15th stay
Please note: This loyalty bonus is applicable to one room per booking and does not apply to package deals, weekly rates, or stays between 22 December and 6 January.
Yes, of course. We offer specially designated rooms in our “Wanneck” and “Grünstein” categories for guests traveling with well-mannered pets. We charge EUR 30 per day per dog (excluding food).
To ensure a relaxing environment for all, we kindly ask for your understanding that dogs are not permitted in the wellness area or on the sunbathing lawns. If you would like your dog to accompany you during meals, please inform us upon arrival; we have created a cozy, designated dining area adjacent to our hotel lounge specifically for this purpose.
