Our hotel is generally open throughout the year. We take a short seasonal break for approximately two weeks, usually four to five weeks after Easter (typically in April or May). For stays of one night, an additional fee of €20 per person applies for this extended wellness experience. We provide comfortable changing rooms on-site, allowing you to refresh and prepare for your journey home.

Alternatively, a direct bus service (Postbus) runs from Innsbruck Central Station to the “Obsteig – Holzleiten” stop, located just a few meters from our entrance.

Travel tip: Guests staying with us receive a Welcome Card (our regional guest card), which entitles you to complimentary use of the public bus between Innsbruck and Holzleiten throughout your stay.

To support an environmentally friendly and stress-free journey, we offer a complimentary shuttle service from the nearby railway stations of Mötz, Telfs-Pfaffenhofen, and Ötztal-Bahnhof.

For pick-ups from Innsbruck Airport or Innsbruck Main Station, we are happy to organize a transfer for a fee of €70 per one-way journey (for up to 4 people).

• The booking agreement is based on the information, descriptions, and conditions outlined in our current price list at the time of your reservation.
• By making a reservation via telephone or email, you are providing a binding offer to enter into a contract. This agreement becomes final and binding once we provide written confirmation of your booking and you reconfirm this in writing within 7 days.

No, a deposit is not required at the time of booking. However, for last-minute reservations, we may ask for your credit card details simply to serve as a guarantee for your stay.

Our spa offers a curated range of wellness treatments featuring organic cosmetics and regional botanical oils, including our signature Alpine larch line. Our menu of services includes:

Cancellations: For reservations cancelled within 7 hours of the scheduled start time, we charge 70% of the price of the booked treatments. In the event of a late arrival, we trust you will understand that the treatment sequence may have to be shortened or adapted accordingly.

Does Hotel Holzleiten have a fitness room, and what are the opening hours?

Yes, we offer a modern fitness studio equipped with high-quality Technogym equipment. For your workout, we provide a variety of cardio and strength options, including a treadmill, exercise bike, ergometer, and cross trainer, as well as a multi-functional strength training tower. For your entertainment, the room is also equipped with an LED flat-screen TV.

Our fitness facilities are available daily from 07:00 to 21:30.

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation conditions are as follows:

• Up to 21 days before arrival: Cancellation is free of charge.
• 21 to 7 days before arrival: A fee of 50% of the total package price applies.
• Within 7 days of arrival: A fee of 70% of the total package price applies.
• Late arrival, early departure, or no-show: 100% of the total booked stay will be charged.

Our recommendation: To protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances, we recommend taking out travel insurance. Through our partner, Europäische Reiseversicherung, you can secure comprehensive coverage for approximately 5% of your package price. Our reception team will be happy to assist you with the details.
