YOGA challenges body and mind. We ask you not to underestimate the effect of the individual sessions, especially if you are developing a cold, cough, etc.
It is recommended not to eat anything one to two hours before the YOGA sessions.
YOGA has a cleansing and detoxifying effect, meaning drink plenty of fluids, e.g., herbal tea, still water, etc. Fluid helps the body regenerate and stimulates cell renewal.
We recommend reducing or even avoiding the consumption of alcohol and meat.
