  • YOGA challenges body and mind. We ask you not to underestimate the effect of the individual sessions, especially if you are developing a cold, cough, etc.
  • It is recommended not to eat anything one to two hours before the YOGA sessions.
  • YOGA has a cleansing and detoxifying effect, meaning drink plenty of fluids, e.g., herbal tea, still water, etc. Fluid helps the body regenerate and stimulates cell renewal.
  • We recommend reducing or even avoiding the consumption of alcohol and meat.
