In this intensive workshop, certified trainer Lydia Heymann guides you through the essential pillars of the Wim Hof Method®: ice bathing, breathwork, meditation, and light yoga. Bridging modern science with ancient practice, the session begins with an insight into your body’s biological response to cold, followed by targeted yoga to sharpen your focus. Through the signature breathing technique, you will learn to regulate your immune system and unlock lasting energy. Afterward, retreat to our Day Spa to let the experience resonate in total relaxation.

Following our collective preparation, the highlight of the day awaits: a dip in the hotel’s natural ice pond. Under expert guidance, you will move beyond your perceived limits and experience firsthand how controlled cold can alleviate inflammation, enhance sleep quality, and cultivate deep resilience to stress.
